* Salary – £45,000 - £55,000 (Depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Own product development from initial sketch to final solution—your ideas, your impact.
* Test, tweak, and perfect designs to meet the highest performance and reliability standards.
* Collaborate with a high-energy team across design, manufacturing, and commercial functions.
* Optimise designs for cost, efficiency, and manufacturability, working closely with suppliers and partners.
* Support the development of technical specs, drawings, and testing documentation.
* Bring customer insights and market trends into the heart of design decisions.
* Be a key player in product launches—translating engineering excellence into commercial success.
What You Bring
* Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
* Strong CAD skills (preferred), with an eye for detail and design flair.
* Practical knowledge of materials, manufacturing techniques, and testing methods.
* Natural problem-solver with a curious mindset and drive to improve.
* Confident communicator and collaborator—comfortable working across departments and disciplines.
* Experience in fasteners or similar sectors is a plus—but we value attitude over industry.
