Position: Estate Management Assistant (3 - 6 month temporary role)
Location: Swansea Enterprise Park
Salary Range: £26,000 - £28,000
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 04:00 PM

Role Description:
We are seeking a versatile individual to fulfil a pivotal role encompassing accounts-focused tasks and general administrative duties. Proficiency in Sage Line 50 is essential, as the successful candidate will contribute to various aspects of the office operations. This role is for a 3 - 6 month position with a possibility of a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing invoices, receipts, and payments
2. Conducting bank reconciliation
3. Completion of VAT returns
4. Assisting the Company Accountant with administrative tasks related to periodic accounts
5. Managing credit control processes
6. Engaging in general estate management activities involving tenants, suppliers, and contractors
Requirements:
7. Ideally AAT Level 2 or 3 qualified
8. Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping
9. Prior use of Sage software is necessary
10. Professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills
11. Previous exposure to roles combining bookkeeping, administration, and customer service
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
13. Meticulous attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities
14. Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
15. Flexibility and a willingness to support the team as required
