Responsibilities
:
1. Provide legal support for the development and delivery of cash management services
2. Draft, review, and negotiateplex agreements including cash management agreements, service contracts, and related documentation.
3. Advise on legal and regulatory risks associated with cash management operations across jurisdictions.
4. Partner with internal stakeholders (product, risk, andpliance) to enable product innovation while ensuring legalpliance.
Essential Criteria:
5. UK Qualified Lawyer or equivalent
6. Ideally some knowledge of payment laws and systems, and cash management products. Exceptional candidates who do not have such experience but have a financial services background will also be considered.
7. Financial Services background - either private practice or in-house.
8. Contract negotiation and drafting skills.
9. Ability to work to deadlines and manage high volume of work.
10. Team player mindset who values and supports colleagues to seamlessly fit into a collaborative team.
11. Willingness to take forward any type of matter that needs progressing with enthusiasm.
