Lead AI Engineer – Client-facing | London (Hybrid) – Up to £115k + bonus
We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI consultancy transforming how enterprise organisations adopt and scale AI.
You’ll be building production-grade AI systems used by major enterprise clients, working with cutting‑edge LLMs, agent frameworks, and cloud‑native AI infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing:
* Designing and deploying enterprise AI applications
* Working with OpenAI + Azure AI services in production
* Driving AI integration across enterprise platforms and data systems
* Mentoring engineers and shaping technical delivery standards
* Experimenting with emerging AI capabilities before they hit mainstream adoption
What they’re looking for:
* Strong software engineering fundamentals
* Experience with AI observability & MLOps
* Someone who enjoys solving complex enterprise problems with practical AI
