Job Title: Content Executive Communications
Location: Slough (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week on site)
Contract: 3 months (ASAP start)
Rate: Up to £210 (including holiday pay, paid via agency payroll)
Overview:
A FTSE 50 global business is hiring a Content Executive to join its communications team on an interim basis. This is a hands-on role focused on producing and managing external content across corporate social media and website platforms.
You'll play a key part in shaping the company's digital presence - drafting messaging on behalf of senior leadership, coordinating with the agency, and ensuring a consistent corporate tone across all output. This is an executional position suited to someone used to working in large or regulated organisations where reputation, accuracy, and stakeholder input matter.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and schedule social media posts (mainly LinkedIn) and update website content
Draft professional content on behalf of senior execs (e.g. CEO/CFO)
Manage day-to-day output with the retained agency (Havas)
Support comms planning and messaging for events like financial results
Ensure all content reflects brand tone, accuracy, and external reputation considerations
Liaise with internal teams to align messages globally
Requirements:
Hands-on experience writing and publishing digital content (social/web)
Experience working in or with large organisations or regulated industries
Confident working independently to tight deadlines and with multiple stakeholders
Agency relationship management experience is a plus
Available immediately and able to be on site in Slough 2-3 days/week

Paid via agency payroll: up to £210/day including holiday pay
Interim contract (3 months) covering a permanent transition
Best suited to someone with 4-8 years' experience in comms, content, or digital channels
