Here at Mitie, the Technical Services team is looking for a Project Coordinator to join them at our TSOC Office in Manchester!
This role is essential to ensure that all aspects of administration for the day-to-day project coordination work are completed efficiently and in a timely manner, ensuring projects are executed, reported on, and completed in accordance with delivery timescales and processes.
Role responsibilities:
1. Working with the Project Managers to coordinate day-to-day activities.
2. Providing updates both internally and to external clients in line with project demands and SLAs.
3. Using external online portals to align access permits, prioritize, coordinate, and schedule daily work and system updates.
4. Ensuring field engineers have the correct H&S documentation for all site activity.
5. Creating and updating records, including data sheets, project documentation, and reports, ensuring all data captured is accurate and meets specific requirements.
6. Being motivated and involved in a range of activities to enable the company to succeed.
Minimum requirements:
* I.T skills and experience using Microsoft Office packages.
* GCSE Math and English (A-C/9-4) or equivalent.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Super organized, methodical, and proactive in completing tasks.
* Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills and high accuracy.
* Willing and able to work with minimal supervision.
* A positive can-do attitude.
* Ability to work additional hours and travel as required.
