* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data presentation.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Clear communicator with a hands-on leadership style and strong team development capability.
* Six Sigma, Lean, or CI certification is an advantage.
