We invite applications for our Head of Private Wealth Solicitor role. This position is based in Oxfordshire/Cotswolds, within 60 minutes commute from offices in Oxford, Wallingford, Chipping Norton. The role is hybrid and offers a competitive compensation package: up to £120,000 base salary (DOE), performance-based bonus, company profit share, extensive benefits, and a pathway to Associate Director.

* Drive the professional growth and career advancement of the private wealth team.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the firm’s strategic direction in private wealth services.
Qualifications & Skills
* Qualified Solicitor with significant private‑wealth experience.
* Leadership experience or strong potential to develop into a senior leadership role.
* Excellent client‑care, communication, and advisory skills.
* Highly organised with strong time‑management capabilities.
* Positive, enthusiastic, and hard‑working with a can‑do attitude.
* Strong IT skills and openness to new ways of working.
* Professional appearance and presentation.
* STEP qualification desirable; support available if required.
