Job Description
* Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
* Providing high-quality customer service and resolving complaints
* Logging customer interactions in the company's database
* Coordinating with other teams to resolve customer issues
* Provide pre-works consultation to residents to explain upcoming works in their homes.
* Distribute clear and timely correspondence to residents before work commences.
* Conduct group and individual consultation events regarding future works.
* Share and implement the client's engagement strategy.
* Deliver a tailored communication plan to residents for the duration of the works.
* Collect resident feedback and satisfaction data in line with client and company requirements.
* Upload and share feedback through the appropriate systems and to relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure all communication meets the expectations of residents, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Where necessary, issue and collect resident satisfaction surveys.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Care Representative should have:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in using computer systems and databases
* Ability to work well in a team
* Strong attention to detail
* Proven experience in a similar role.
