Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for graduates to work as Cover Supervisors across a range of secondary schools in the Southport area. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your classroom management skills, support pupils' learning, and explore life in a secondary school setting.
The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring pupils stay engaged and on task with pre-set work.
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Support pupils' learning and development across a variety of subjects.
* Gain valuable experience to strengthen future teacher training applications.
