Were looking for a commercially driven, people-focused Commercial Sales Manager to lead our field sales team at Zest Outdoor Livinga multi-award-winning British brand and part of the family-run P&A Group of Companies, with over 40 years of heritage and an exciting future ahead.
Based on the outskirts of Chester, this is a leadership role with national reach. It is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering profitable growth through strong sales execution, coaching high-performing teams and building meaningful customer relationships.
Youll lead from the front in supporting our Regional Account Managers and ensuring we deliver against our sales plans. Youll also play a key role in strengthening how we work by embedding structured insight gathering and developing a sustainable, process-led approach to growth and improving sales systems.
