Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
* Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track progress, analyse data, and report on key performance indicators.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and initiatives.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure partnerships or contracts.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Lead training sessions for staff on the effective use of CRM tools and best practices in customer engagement.
* Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
Skills
* Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM software, with a strong ability to analyse data for decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proven ability to lead projects from conception through execution while managing multiple priorities.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £18,412.06-£67,175.42 per year
