Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home. You’ll look after the different needs of residents to enable quality, person-centred care and support. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, youfll be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of Care Assistants, ensuring high-quality, personalized care. You will assist the clinical team with tasks such as medication management, assessments, and care plan reviews.
About You
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals committed to giving each resident individualized care and support. There are opportunities to develop your career through ongoing training, with potential progression to Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles.
