What we are looking for:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and workload prioritisation
* Experience in driving sales with examples
* Retail management experience, preferably in the charity sector
* Ability to motivate and influence others
* Knowledge of health and safety legislation and retail best practices
* Good team management experience

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Retail Manager in maximising sales and managing stock effectively
* Assist in maintaining high standards of display and shop layout
* Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers and donors
* Support recruitment and management of volunteers
* Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and shop policies
* Assist in shop operations in the absence of the Retail Manager
* Drive sales to improve store performance and support the Store Team in staying within budget
