How you'll make an impact
As a Systems Accountant, you'll play a key role in delivering ERP implementations for a wide variety of customers, helping them streamline finance processes, unlock insights, and modernise their finance operations. You'll act as both a finance and systems expert - managing projects end-to-end, delivering training, and helping clients navigate change.
This is a hands-on role suited to a qualified or part-qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen and experience of implementing finance systems. Your ability to build relationships, simplify complexity, and deliver high-quality outcomes will be critical to your success.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and support ERP implementation projects from scoping to go-live.
Deliver client workshops and system training to finance teams.
Optimise core finance processes across management accounting, multi-entity reporting, and billing.
Collaborate with technical teams and senior stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Feed into pre-sales, solution scoping, and development priorities.
Provide ongoing support, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideally, you'll bring:
Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Experience implementing ERP systems (e.g. Sage, Unit4, Oracle, Netsuite).
Solid grounding in management and financial accounting.
Understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity, and project accounting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong appetite to learn and work cross-functionally.
