Sales Assistant Volunteer
Do you love chatting to people and making their day? Join our friendly team in Horwich and help us create a warm and welcoming shopping experience for everyone who walks through the door.
Responsibilities
* Greeting customers with a smile and a warm welcome
* Helping people find what they need and answering questions
* Keeping the shop clean, tidy and looking great
* Using the till to process purchases and handle card/cash payments
* Promoting Gift Aid when donations are dropped off
* Supporting your teammates and creating a lovely, friendly atmosphere
Qualifications
* Enjoy talking to people and have good communication skills
* Have a helpful, friendly attitude and a passion for great service
* Like working as part of a team
* Can offer a regular morning or afternoon each week
