Requirements:
1. Experience supporting children or vulnerable adults with ASD or SEND is highly desirable.
2. Patience, reliability, adaptability, and a caring, supportive attitude.
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
4. Ability to manage and support students with challenging behaviour in a calm and proactive manner.
Ideal Candidate:
