We are looking for an ambitious Manager to join our growing Due Diligence team focusing on Financial Services sector deals. The role involves executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting business development.
The Transaction Services team is highly regarded, specializing in advising on business acquisitions and investments typically valued between £20m and £500m.
This role offers a chance to be part of the dynamic Corporate Finance and Transaction Services environment, leading financial due diligence projects and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with client acceptance and engagement processes.
* Conducting financial analysis and interpreting outputs.
* Identifying key deal issues and commercial insights.
* Report writing and reviewing team drafts.
* Liaising with clients, target companies, and advisors.

* Strong technical skills with knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
* Ideally, a professional accountancy qualification.
