Executive Head Chef - Stunning Hotel Embark on an extraordinary culinary journey as the Executive Head Chef at the charming country house hotel in the heart of Suffolk. This role offers the perfect blend of creativity, leadership, and the opportunity to elevate the dining experience for the guests. This is a permanent position where you'll have the autonomy to shape the food offering and lead a talented team of chefs. We are looking for a passionate Chef that is all about food and is driven to enhance the hotel's current culinary reputation. As Executive Head Chef you will need to also help to increase the average spend per head and drive the food offering. You will be responsible for all outlets and leading a team of 12 chefs. Preferred Requirements: Extensive experience as an Executive Head Chef or a Head Chef looking for the next step in their career, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. Driven to enhance current food offering and let their food do the talking. Exceptional leadership and man-management skills to inspire and motivate the culinary team Creativity and innovation in menu development, with a focus on delivering an exceptional dining experience Commitment to maintaining and enhancing the hotel's reputation, including the potential to increase the current 2 AA Rosettes Preferred Qualifications: Formal culinary training and qualifications, such as a degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management Extensive experience working in a similar four-star or five-star hotel or restaurant environment Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing culinary teams The Package / Benefits / Opportunities: Salary £56,000 - £60,000 depending on experience Tronc avg £3,000 per annum 10% Bonus Annually paid based on Hotel performance Discounts on Dining across the group Discounts on Accommodation across the group Discounts on Spa Treatments Employee assistance program Day of for Birthday Management team day Plus many more!
