Salary: £40,000+ depending on experience - highly depended on experience
Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based

Job
* Prepare annual accounts and tax computations for a portfolio of SME and OMB clients
* Prepare tax returns
* PAYE & CIS knowledge
* VAT returns if required
* Support junior team members with the development of their technical skills
* Review accounts and tax work prepared by junior staff
* Manage a portfolio of clients across diverse sectors, including farming, construction, and hospitality, to deliver work to high standards and to timescales
* Be the client’s first point of contact on day-to-day queries
* Travel to client sites occasionally
You
* At least 3 years’ experience in accountancy practice (SME or general practice environment)
* Comfortable preparing accounts and handling tax matters for varied industries
* Strong working knowledge of IRIS, Xero, Sage, and Microsoft Excel
* Confident communicating directly with clients and providing advice
* Able to manage your workload independently and accurately
* No specific qualification required – open to QBE, part-qualified, or fully qualified individuals
