This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for research, analysis, and delivering exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The Role

You’ll provide high-quality market insight, candidate intelligence, and research support to ensure successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

* Undertake in-depth research using a variety of tools and sources to identify and engage high-calibre candidates.
* Support Consultants with the day-to-day management of search assignments, including candidate management and client reporting.
* Work collaboratively with Consultants to align expectations around delivery capability, market conditions, salary benchmarking, and client attractiveness.
* Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured research reports and detailed candidate profiles.
* Research and develop presentations for client meetings and pitches.
* Build and maintain longlists and shortlists, including writing high-quality candidate appraisals for client submission.
* Attend client meetings, interviews, and other relevant meetings where appropriate.
* Develop and maintain target lists of candidates and sources for current and future assignments.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of research tools, processes, and methodologies.

About You

You will be an analytical, proactive, and detail-driven researcher who enjoys working collaboratively while also being comfortable taking ownership of your work.

You will bring:

* Previous research experience gained within executive search or in-house recruitment environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative and tenacious approach to research.
* The ability to effectively interrogate online information sources to identify individuals and map key skills across a range of sectors.
* Excellent knowledge of published information sources and effective use of online and social media research tools.
* Well-developed written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a pressured environment while maintaining high quality standards.
* A client-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence.
* The confidence to work independently, alongside being a collaborative and effective team player who can engage at all levels.

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team where your contribution genuinely matters. We offer a hybrid working model, exposure to senior-level assignments, and the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and ambitious environment.
