An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced International Arbitration Paralegal to join the London office of a leading US law firm with a highly regarded global disputes practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value cross-border arbitration matters alongside market-leading lawyers within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team across all stages of arbitration proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the management of international arbitration cases from inception through to conclusion
* Preparing, reviewing and organising bundles, pleadings and hearing materials
* Managing large volumes of documents and coordinating document production exercises
* Supporting with filings, legal research and case administration
* Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and external vendors where required
* Assisting with hearing preparation, including virtual and in-person hearings
* Maintaining matter trackers, deadlines and case documentation
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of 12 months’ prior experience within international arbitration
* Experience gained within a recognised law firm environment, ideally within a US or international firm
* Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
* Full right to work in the UK is essential
