Job Description
As a Care Professional at Home Instead, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing compassionate and personalized care. This position is essential for helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life within their own homes.
Responsibilities
1. Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
2. Support clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, bathing, and dressing.
3. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
5. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
6. Drive to clients' homes as needed to deliver care services.
Requirements
7. Experience in home care or a similar caregiving role is preferred.
8. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
9. Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively.
10. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel between client homes.
11. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
12. Weekly, consistence availability.
