The role:
1. Sending letters of authority to financial providers
2. Chasing providers for required information and documentation
3. Keeping clients updated on the progress of their cases
4. Issuing advice recommendation packs to clients
5. Submitting advice and annual review reports via the Intelliflo back-office system
6. Processing and monitoring new business applications
7. Providing a high level of customer service throughout the client journey
8. Supporting advisers and the wider team with administrative duties
The successful candidate:
9. Previous experience as a Financial Services Administrator within a wealth management or IFA firm
10. Strong understanding of the IFA process and regulatory requirements
11. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
12. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
13. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
14. High level of attention to detail and accuracy
15. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Desirable:
16. Experience using the Aviva platform
17. Experience using Intelliflo
18. A desire to progress within the financial services industry
