We're looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset who is able to tell compelling stories with data and takes a pragmatic approach to analytics. The individual will partner with stakeholders across Marketing and Digital functions to deliver against a value-prioritised roadmap, balancing technical rigour with practical solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Skills and experience we're looking for Proven senior stakeholder influence, with experience shaping direction, challenging constructively, and driving alignment across complex change or transformation programmes. Leadership beyond individual delivery, including mentoring and developing junior analysts, setting standards for quality, and role - modelling best practice across the team. Strong operational and commercial discipline, with experience owning value tracking, prioritisation, and ensuring analytical work delivers measurable business outcomes at scale. Ability to lead through ambiguity, translating loosely defined problems into clear analytical direction, and driving momentum positively and proactively without reliance on close supervision. Strong programming skills in SQL and/ or Python ; e ducated to degree or post-graduate level in a numerate or programming-oriented subject, or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge through industry experience.
