Overview
Quantity Surveyor – Full Time, UK (Hybrid: site-based with flexibility). Location: Heathrow / Reading. Role covers both Heathrow Airport and AWE as part of the position.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Package (DOE). This role is with a contractor operating across aviation, nuclear, and industrial infrastructure sectors, delivering a varied portfolio from smaller works to major schemes.
Responsibilities
* Support contract administration activities to ensure commercial processes are followed and payment milestones are achieved.
* Contribute to the preparation of cost reports and cash flow forecasts for internal reporting and client submissions.
* Act as a point of contact for day-to-day commercial matters between the site team, subcontractors, and the wider commercial team, escalating where required.
Experience and Qualifications
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred).
* Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction, civil engineering, or specialist contracting; familiarity with NEC or similar contract forms.
* Experience supporting core commercial functions such as payments, variations, and forecasting.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work within a project team environment.
* Full UK driving licence.
