Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
Supervise students during break times or transitions as required.
Support the wider school team with administrative or pastoral tasks when needed.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is highly desirable.
