InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa is hiring a Graphic Designer to craft visuals that reflect our luxury brand. You’ll create promotional materials, digital assets, and event collateral while maintaining a consistent, elegant brand identity across all platforms.
Responsibility
* Design promotional materials for events and services
* Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across platforms
* Create digital content for web, email, and social media
* Produce in-room signage, menus, and guest information
* Support internal departments with design needs
* Collaborate with marketing on creative campaigns
* Edit photos and videos for promotional use
* Prepare print-ready files for external vendors
Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
* 2+ years of design experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
* Design promotional materials including brochures, flyers, menus, social media content, and event posters.
* Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns and marketing assets.
* Design in-room collateral, signage, and print materials for hotel services and events.
* Produce digital assets for web, email newsletters, and online advertising.
* Support internal departments (events, F&B, spa, etc.) with creative solutions.
* Creativity & Innovation – Bring fresh design ideas that align with a luxury hospitality brand.
* Brand Awareness – Maintain a consistent visual identity across diverse medium.
* Technical Proficiency – Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
* A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
* Good communication and passionate about customer service. Good command over written & spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
