Argyll Community Housing Association is seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to work in our busy Campbeltown team, dealing with day to day customer enquiries in relation to the Association’s services.
Role
Customer Services Assistant
Location: Campbeltown
* Contract: Fixed Term to 31 March 2026
* Hours: 35 per week
* Work pattern: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
* Salary: £23,824 - £24,992 per annum
Responsibilities
* Deal with day to day customer enquiries in relation to the Association’s services
* Maintain regular contact with customers, staff and contractors; provide administrative and organisational support
* Ensure excellent customer service is delivered
Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum of three National 5s or equivalent
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages
* Ability to provide excellent customer service
