*Salary:* £59,000 per year, + 9kBonus
*Contract Type:* Full-Time, Permanent
*About the Role:*
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced *Registered Manager* to lead our 3-bedded children’s residential home in Winsford. As the *Registered Manager*, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to vulnerable children and young people, safeguarding their well-being, and supporting their development. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact and drive the service forward with your leadership and expertise.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead and manage the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and internal policies.
* As the *Registered Manager*, oversee and guide a team of carers and staff, providing the necessary training, supervision, and support to deliver exceptional care.
* Develop, implement, and review individual care plans to meet the diverse needs of the children in our care.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to ensure holistic care for the children.
* Ensure that all care practices are well-documented and adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Continuously assess and improve the service, ensuring it consistently provides the best possible outcomes for the children in residence.
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience as a *Registered Manager* in a children's residential care setting.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s care standards.
* Excellent leadership skills, with experience in motivating and managing a dedicated team.
* Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with children, staff, and external partners.
* A commitment to safeguarding children and providing high-quality, compassionate care.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and remain flexible in a dynamic care environment.
