Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who:
* Have already graduated or are in their final year of university
* Are passionate about supporting young people
* Are confident, proactive, and eager to learn
* Are considering a future PGCE, teacher‑training route, or education‑based career
What the Role Involves
Depending on your skills and interests, roles may include:
* Classroom support
* Behaviour mentoring
* Cover supervision
* SEN support
* Subject‑specific roles (e.g., English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE)
Reference Requirements
To work with Milk Education, you must be able to provide three professional references:
* 1 Employment reference
* 1 Academic reference
* 1 Character reference
These need to be from professional or academic contacts—not friends or family.
