About the Role
Are you an experienced accounting or bookkeeping professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working with software? Join Landmark Systems Ltd as a Professional Services Consultant, where you’ll deliver expert training and support to agricultural and estate clients, helping them make the most of our market-leading software.
You'll be part of a collaborative team, working remotely and on-site, helping clients from initial setup through to full software adoption. We’re looking for confident communicators with great problem-solving skills who can adapt quickly and deliver excellent customer service.

* Training Delivery: Deliver 1:1 or small group training (on-site and remotely) to new and existing clients on our KEYPrime software s

* t Implementation: Guide new clients through the full delivery lifecycle, from configuration to go-live, using our structured implementation methodology.Year-
* End Support: Assist clients with data preparation for accountants at Year End, both remotely and in person.Custo

Must-Have Skills & Experience
o Accounting/Bookkeeping Knowledge: AAT Level 3 or equivalent (minimum); strong knowledge of accounts to Trial
Balance.Tech
o Confidence: Proficient with Excel; general IT literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.Commu

Desirable Skills
+ Knowledge of the agricultural or estate business sectors.
+ Experience with KEYPrime Accounts/Property or similar software.
+ Background in software implementation or similar consulting roles.
