Samsic UK is recruiting for a Permanent Part Time School Cleaning Supervisor to provide a professional facilities management service based at B98 0GF.
This position is to work for - Monday to Friday 2pm to 6pm
As per the necessities of this position, all successful applicants will require a UK Criminal Record (Enhanced, England & Wales) check to be conducted. By applying to this position, you acknowledge that this is a requirement of the job role.
Due to Safeguarding legislation KCSIE 2025 we will also need to undertake further online checks and seeking previous employee references in writing.
You will receive £13.00 per hour paid Monthly unless specified otherwise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of a cleaning team, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Assign and delegate tasks to ensure that all areas are cleaned in a timely and efficient manner.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and consistency in cleaning standards.
* Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols.
* Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
* A positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
About you
* You will be polite and have a passion for delivering a good service. You will be health and safety conscious when working within the workplace, considering the environment and presence of others around you.
* Flexibility to cover other shifts for when staff take annual leave is preferable.
* Training will be provided, however, cleaning experience of at least 1 year is preferable.
