About the role Pay Details: Grade 5, SCP 8-12 Pro Rata Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 5 Days – 27½ hrs per week, term time only Main Place of Work: Rhws Primary Temporary Reason: Long Term Sickness up to 6 months Description: The Big Fresh Catering Company is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Kitchen Manager. Number of meals served on site: approximately 230-250 daily Applicants will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen and should preferably have experience of large scale catering. About you You will need: • Ability to supervise staff to achieve the service objectives • Ability to plan and organise the kitchen to its full potential • Be able to use their own initiative in the day to day running of the kitchen • At least 2 years practical cooking experience in a busy catering environment within the last 3 years. • Firm commitment to providing a quality catering service.
