Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
Compensation: $75,000 – $120,000+ annually (Base Hourly Pay + Performance and Efficiency Incentives)
Reports To: Electrical Service Manager

What You’ll Do
* Lead and complete residential electrical service projects
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
* Provide exceptional customer service in homes and on job sites
* Maintain accurate job records and communicate updates with customers and team members
* Represent Tom Drexler professionally while operating company-provided vehicle
* Mentor and support junior electricians as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required:
* Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience
* Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Professional, reliable, and motivated to succeed
Preferred:
* Experience leading or mentoring other electricians
* Interest in professional growth and continued education
