Requirements
Must have:
- I am looking for a candidate who is TOGAF certified, with an in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, principles, and best practices. The ability to produce clear and concise architectural documentation is essential. - Proven leadership skills are necessary to lead the development of architectural decisions and solutions. - Experience in identifying architectural challenges and proposing innovative solutions to address them is required.
Responsibilities:
- I will need you to analyze our current technologies to detect critical deficiencies, legacy issues, and technical debt, recommending solutions for improvement while considering our Digital Strategy, available resources, and capital planning. - You will lead the design of the future-state technology architecture by analyzing the enterprise business context, including business strategy and trends, as well as change requirements and transition plans. - Carrying out horizon scanning will be part of your role, identifying emerging trends and their potential impact and opportunities for our organization, as well as driving digital innovation through leveraging new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform our existing development and solutions environment. - I will rely on you to identify priorities for change to enable delivery at pace and lead the delivery of cross-cutting capabilities that facilitate change. - You will establish architectural principles, policies, and standards, as well as develop governance and new ways of working to ensure adherence across the delivery lifecycle, providing guidance for the solutions, data, and technology architects. - Developing and maintaining a framework for architectural modeling, documentation, and graphical representations will also be a key aspect of your role. - You will guide the organization to make appropriate business, technology, and data decisions, considering re-use, security, sustainability, and scalability, to achieve value for money and reduce risk.
