Job Title: Team Leader – Leicester
Location: Leicester
Pay Rate: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role:
Oversee daily operations within the home, supporting and supervising residential staff while ensuring high standards of care for children and young people.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and support residential support workers
2. Ensure care plans are implemented and reviewed
3. Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of residents
4. Liaise with external agencies and attend reviews/meetings
5. Provide on-call support and contribute to the on-call rota

Qualifications and Essential Requirements:
11. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
12. Experience in a supervisory role within residential childcare
13. Excellent leadership and communication skills
14. Strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory standards
