The Facilities Management service is looking for an enthusiastic Mobile Caretaker who has access to suitable transport in order to reach specified sites at agreed times (mornings and afternoons).
You will be required to work between the hours of 6.00am to 9.00am and 3.00pm to 6.00pm. These hours may vary within these times to meet operational needs. Some additional time may be required to meet the needs of the site. You must have access to suitable transport for work, and a mileage allowance will be paid for travel from your allocated work base to site. An appropriate and clean driving license is essential, and a taxi service will be provided where disability precludes this.
Experience of facilities management is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
The post will require regular communication with Management officers, who will update the post holder daily on the site destination required. Good standards of customer care and communication are key requirements.
