Client Details Our client is a large global non profit organisation Description We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to provide a full range of generalist HR services across multiple sites within a regulated and unionised environment. Key responsibilities include: Managing a varied and complex employee relations caseload, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. Delivering end-to-end HR support across all stages of the employee lifecycle. Collaborating with senior leaders and campus teams to drive and support the regional and global HR strategy. Leading and advising on organisational change, structural reviews, and policy development. Coaching and supporting managers in handling both formal and informal employee matters. Regularly visiting sites to provide face-to-face HR support and develop strong stakeholder relationships.
