We’re on the lookout for a superstar Third Party Admin Assistant to help keep everything ticking along smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re the kind of person who is super organised, has excellent attention to detail and is always one step ahead. Thriving in a fast-paced environment is key, as well as building relationships and acting as the initial point of contact for all departmental communication. What you can expect from the role… Assist with day-to-day departmental tasks, identifying issues and proposing solutions Support the team to deliver department KPIs by helping to trade all partner accounts effectively. Conduct regular partner checks to ensure product accuracy and availability. Create and manage purchase and transfer orders, supporting with shipping. Update partner critical paths and systems, ensuring all product launches and promotional activities are on time and accurate across all relevant third party websites. Create Monday and monthly trade packs for Partners with clear readable data. Look at performance and collate lessons learnt reports. Build relationships and acting as the initial point of contact for all departmental communication. Take an interest in industry developments, develop your knowledge and share customer insight/feedback with team members.
