Owing to the company’s continued growth and new business opportunities we require an experienced Project Engineer to join our team.
The Role:
The ideal candidate would be based at our Stonehaven offices, working within the Project Engineering team to oversee the timely delivery of manufacturing jobs and offshore projects to client milestones, within budget and to the highest quality.
Previous experience in seeing a project through from concept to completion in a Project Engineering role would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will play a key role within the project team, duties include but may not be restricted to:
• Directly oversee the timely delivery of manufacturing and offshore projects.
• Liaise with clients to understand and interpret specifications and requirements.
• Construct cost, time, and resource estimates and provide quotations.
• Define project scope and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and assist all parties to meet project milestones, budget and quality standards.
• Prepare and present technical documentation for clients and third parties.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and company guidelines.
• Working in a methodical, structured and safe manner.
Qualifications:
Essential:
• Previous experience in a Project Engineering role and managing offshore scopes
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with CAD software
Desirable:
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
• Understanding of ISO 9001 QA systems

• Developed numeracy and computer literacy skills
• Proactive and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Europe as required
