About the Business

The company operates across the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands, serving private clients, charities, trustees and professional partners.


About the Role

Level 2 – Adviser and Client Servicing. Contract: 6‑month fixed term. Your role is the face of the company, administering adviser policies, answering queries, responding to complaints, setting up accounts and providing product solutions. You support various business areas, including new clients’ pensions, investments, money‑in/out, transfers and other departments. Timely, accurate processing of adviser requests in line with Service Level Agreements via phone and e‑mail is essential.


Responsibilities

* Administer adviser policies and maintain accurate records.
* Respond to adviser queries, complaints and requests promptly.
* Set up new adviser accounts and manage ongoing support.
* Provide information on products and solutions to meet adviser needs.
* Process and prepare letters and financial documentation with attention to detail.
* Ensure all requests are processed within agreed service level targets.


Qualifications

* Previous administrative experience with strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, meeting deadlines consistently.
* Strong verbal and written communication, with accurate record‑keeping.
* Problem‑solving and proactive approach to delivering high‑quality work.
