Job Description
* Manage full corporate travel bookings (flights, accommodation, visas, transport) and maintain travel schedules
* Support marketing activities (printing materials, exhibitions, campaigns, stock control of marketing items)
* Maintain and organise filing systems and general office administration
* Provide PA support to Marketing Manager, CEO, and Financial Manager (emails, presentations, scheduling, correspondence)
* Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams
* Coordinate meetings, events, and director workshops (including travel and catering)
* Handle client interaction and hospitality (welcoming visitors, arranging catering)
* Reconcile company credit card statements (travel and marketing expenses)
* Assist with cell phone management (billing, upgrades, distribution, repairs)
* Assist with insurance administration (asset tracking, claims, updates
Qualifications
* Candidate must be able to handle confidential information with high level discretion and professionalism.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
* Experience in marketing assistant and Office Assistant role will be advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
* Superior written and verbal communication skills. With an ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
* Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
* Proactive and self-motivated.
* Strong work ethic and reliability.
* Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
