The Role As a Graduate Sustainability Consultant, you'll support the delivery of environmental assessments and sustainability strategies across a variety of building projects. You'll work alongside experienced consultants who will help you develop your technical knowledge and progress towards professional qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Assist with sustainability assessments under BREEAM, WELL, and related schemes. Prepare sustainability statements, evidence packs, and environmental reports. Support carbon assessments and life cycle analyses (LCA). Research new sustainability policies, materials, and design innovations. Collaborate with design teams to integrate sustainable solutions into projects. Contribute to client reports and presentations. About You The ideal candidate will be a motivated graduate with a relevant academic background and a strong interest in sustainable building design and certification. Essential: A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with BREEAM (New Construction or Refurbishment). Strong analytical, written, and communication skills. Enthusiasm to learn and develop professionally. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Desirable: Awareness of WELL, LEED, or Home Quality Mark (HQM). Experience using tools such as One Click LCA, IES, or similar.
