Sizewell C is a nuclear power plant project located in Suffolk, which designs, finances, constructs, commissions, operates, maintains, and will eventually de‑commission the plant and its infrastructure. The company is currently in construction and is focused on delivering the project on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The project is owned by the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, La Caisse, Centrica, EDF and Amber Infrastructure, and is economically regulated by OFGEM under the RAB model.
Test Manager
Location: Hybrid in London, Manchester, Suffolk or Bristol. Contract: Permanent, full‑time. Salary: £80,000–£90,000, dependent on experience, plus benefits.

About the Role
Lead the end‑to‑end testing strategy across enterprise IT systems and digital platforms supporting the Sizewell C programme. Work closely with delivery partners, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure systems meet the highest standards of quality, security, and performance.
About You
* Proven experience as a Test Manager on large‑scale, complex programmes.
* Strong knowledge of test methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Waterfall).
* Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, document management, asset systems, etc.).
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.
* Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., energy, utilities, infrastructure).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
