Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor | Scunthorpe | 5+ Years PQE | Flexible Working
Sacco Mann is representing a reputable firm in Scunthorpe to expand their Litigation team due to succession planning, with the potential to progress to Head of Department. The role involves handling a variety of litigation cases, including contract disputes, commercial disputes, land law disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, land registry disputes, and contentious probate matters. The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with over 5 years PQE, though exceptional candidates outside this range will be considered.
Responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload, providing clear legal advice, and supporting clients through potential court proceedings to achieve positive and efficient resolutions. The firm offers a supportive, long-standing team environment and a clear progression structure to senior levels.
The role offers flexible working arrangements, with hybrid work common after a six-month probation, and opportunities for full development within the business. * Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 5+ years PQE (exceptional candidates outside this range will be considered)
* Experience in civil litigation, particularly injury, contract, or landlord and tenant disputes
* Strong legal advisory and client management skills
* A proactive approach to case resolution and progression
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Flexible regarding full or part-time working arrangements
