About the Role
Join our team as a Shift Manager and support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations. You will lead a team, manage customer experience, and drive performance, quality, and satisfaction every shift.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and inspire an energetic team to deliver the best customer experience
* Ensure smooth operation from customer lobby to back‑of‑house
* Drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction every shift
* Manage stock, schedules, training and other operational tasks
What We’re Looking For
* Previous restaurant management experience (or strong assistant ready to step up)
* A hands‑on, can‑do attitude
* Passion for food, people, and building a buzz
