Staffline Recruitment are working in partnership with our client, a packaging company based in Mallusk who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for their team. This role is on a temporary to permanent basis
Rate of Pay: £
Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm & Friday 9am-4pm
Job Role:
1. Customer Orders: Managing inbound and outbound calls, Inputting customer orders, Key account order processing
2. Pricing: Management of customer pricing, customer price increase management
3. Sales Support: Administration of sales product requests, customer pricing quotes
4. General Office duties: Weekly wage preparation, dealing with customer enquiries
Essential Criteria:
5. Must have experience within a similiar role/recent administration experience
6. Previous experience in dealing with customers on the phone and via e-mails
7. Available as soon as possible for interview and potential start
