Salary: £75 - £100 per day
Start: ASAP/September 2024
Status: Full Time/Part Time
GSL Education is currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for schools in Middlesbrough.
Job Summary: The role of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in schools are multifaceted, designed to support both the teaching staff and students in various capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with teachers to plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across various subjects.
* Provide focused support to small groups of students, helping to boost their confidence and academic achievement.
* Work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities, promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the classroom and school activities.
Requirements:
* HLTA status or equivalent qualifications and experience.
* Proven experience working with children in an educational setting.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Commitment to promoting the well-being and development of all students.
