Most “sales” roles are actually account management.
This one isn’t.
We’re looking for a true business developer — someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships with technical buyers and turning opportunities into revenue.
Our client is a well-established engineering and industrial solutions provider with a strong reputation across critical industries.
They already have credibility in the market.
What they need now is someone who can go out and win new business.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities
* Engaging with engineers, project managers and procurement teams
* Managing the full sales cycle – prospecting through to close
* Conducting client visits, demonstrations and technical discussions
* Building long-term relationships with key decision makers
* Working with internal engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be a “smooth talker”.
But you do need to be someone who enjoys the challenge of winning business .
Ideal background:
* Field sales / business development experience
* Engineering, manufacturing, industrial or technical product sales
* Comfortable selling to technical stakeholders
* Self-motivated and disciplined with your pipeline
